You've been targeted for denigration! hahaha, I see your point. Yes, the new value was 175k. So, he did buy a 175k home for the same. It was previously valued at 450k, reality set in and the price came down. Good judo :) Don

Not all homes have an HOA by far! I'd wait a bit tho. My area has no ~dues required~ HOA, we just have an association manned by vollunteers to encourge us to have the nicest yard, go vote, sweep the curb area, form area walking teams, vote, go to City Council meetings, share our pills and Depends, area cat shooting teams, etc... The Bush tax things expire the end of this year. CA, with what has been called the 7th largest economy in the so called Free World is going to burp around January. It will have an economic effect, possibly to your Las Vegas housing benefit. The second shoe on the housing issue is about to drop. It'll start around January. I have to admit to being a bit nervous. I never fought in the Spanish American War for a country run by a dictator by Presidential edict. People are leaving Ca in droves. I helped a few friends move to Memphis from LA. They relocated their internet businesses to Memphis and kept them in NV. Corps. They live in Memphis now with no state income tax, they have their business incorporated in NV with no corp income tax...an interesting sceneario. No Corp income tax, no personal income tax...! I'd hang tight on the housing just to see what is around the corner under our present Dictator. Don

You tell people to break the law in TN by running an illegal business within the confines of TN while avoiding TN business licenses and taxes. It's a good thing that wwww.mysupersecretvegas.com doesn't make a dime in income for you, so you don't have to worry about not paying taxes in TN. Still, it might be worthwhile for someone to send a email to the Tennessee Department of State to let them know that you are running a business within TN and do so without filing the proper forms and don't pay any taxes. And that you encourage others to do the same. I'm sure they'd be interested. I'm just sayin... (sorry Tom) Gary "Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree..... yeah, makes perfect sense."
