And those are just the elders of the Trimobian Cabinet.

So the pirates aren't talking, again.

The Pirates have agreed to take part in the Lollapalooza event (with
royal permission). However, they get to keep all the plunder, loot and
whatever else they obtain.

No fear, the July event will cure the funding issue.

As far as Golden Oak goes, before the Pavilion joins in some kind of
communal ownership arrangement an acceptable arrangement for
cleaning/housekeeping must be in place.

One question, for 5 mill do we get a private movie theater and indoor
swimming pool/spa?

In Florida, some neighborhoods are called Deed Restricted Communities.
These have an HOA. I believe the closest one to WDW is Poinciana (where
I have my rental).

You can read about Poinciana (which includes Solivita) here:

Covenants in your average middle class subdivision vs. the ones that
will exist at Golden Oaks -- I don't think there is a comparison. What
kind of Christmas lights you can have, forbidding you to park your car
in your own driveway, rules about what you can and can't put on your
porch, what color your house can be... I can only imagine.
