Look at your original reference to this. It has nothing to do with Britain
or things British or the usage of English in Britain. It is a FRENCH website
about a FRENCH International Charity and the page you refer to has been
produced by people in FRANCE. Incidentally, if you even need to ask about
this Organisation it demonstrates your abject ignorance of the World in
which you live. You really are dim.
