Patina has several restaurants in the Los Angeles area, including
locations at the Los Angeles Music Center, as well as Downtown Disney.
I've eaten at a few of them and they're quite good. Here's a link to
their site, which has a list of locations and some menus.

One of the releases said that Patina will start operating the
restaurant in September, but the "make-over" won't be complete until
next year. We were never impressed with Alfredo's, so we're looking
forward to see how it works out.

Happy day,

I also agree 100%, don't want to see a chain at all. Make it unique or at
the very least, a chain from Italy (if they even have them, I can't recall).
