Nope, most of the time, I don't even know what park I'm going to be in
on any particular day. (Unless I have a hard ticket event.)

Thus, most of the really popular restaurants are non-events for me.
Can't get walk-up seating anymore.

You are completely the opposite of us. We plan our trip around our
dining. We make our lunch and dinner reservations first and then plan
our daily activities around them.

That is opposite of how I do it.
It seems to me much more logical (not saying that anything I do is
logical) to plan which park first and then dining around that.

I find I can get into whatever park I want on whatever day I want
during my trip. No reservations required. I can't say the same thing
about restaurants.
