I had a "pulled tofu" bbq sandwich at a vegan restaurant in Fell's
Point, Baltimore, MD, a couple months ago. It was INSANELY good. We
could barely believe our own taste buds.

Sorry, I was wrong. We've had 54 shootings from Fri->Mon. I hear
we made the national news. Can anyone top that for last weekend?

Same with Interstate in Memphis, it seems. Use to be a Memphis
BBQ paradise, but the reviews now aren't so great...

Too dry, overcooked. The ribs fought back. Too bad.

Do they serve pizza there now? Use to be they took the worst thing
off of the worst counter service menus and served them at the EU.
Terrible place, and in prime Epcot real estate.

Not that my suggestion that the Chef serve his BBQ tofu at the EU was
a reflection of his culinary skills...

We switch lunch with dinner. Eat your large meal earlier in the day,
and have a lighter, counter service meal later. You can get into some
pretty good places in the afternoon.

I don't drive off property unless I'm going to pick someone up from
the airport, or I'm leaving for home (or that other place.)

Talking about the other place, want a laugh?

You'd have loved the ribs I did in my barrel smoker not long ago. 6
hours 17 minutes in the smoke (hickory with some apple). Deep red
surface, redness made its way nearly to the center of the thickest part
of the meat (full slab spare ribs). Tender, moist, held to the bone
just enough to facilitate eating, but tender enough that the tongue
could get the meat off. And the ribs were priced 1.79 per pound for two
slabs at 7 1/3 pounds. Can't beat that price at any BBQ joint.

And I'm planning an encore for 4th of July.
