Possible, but India has some serious issues to overcome (at least more than
China did/does) before I think Disney should feel safe building a park
there. Also, I don't think Shanghai was an "official" announcment FWIW.

Various Disney Quests in the non-Confederacy have closed due to weather
and poor traffic in the fall when kids are back in school. Don't bet on
any
Tejas parks this century...JG
