Well, that's the exact reversal of the actual situation! Colonial powers were in control of Vietnam and the Russians and Chinese reluctantly gave assistance to Vietnamese people to help them rid themselves of the bastards. Like US "aid" to Britain in WWII the Vietnamese people have to repay that "aid" to China. |
