Since the flights are all charters, I think that's all you're going to find.

A randomly selected website from Google gave me:

http://www.directline-holidays.co.uk/Goa%20Goa%20Flights

Out 14th return 29th November quoted me GBP560pp on Thomas Cook airlines.

Having said that, it can sometimes be cheaper to book accommodation as well
as flight+hotel packages are more heavily discounted. For example, the same
flight with a B&B hotel for 14 days is GBP592 for one person. If you hunt
around for the lateminute discounted deals you can probably beat the
flight-only price.

There's nothing to say you have to stay in the hotel, of course.

Maximum duration 31 days.

I like to spend the winter months in India...

Thomson Airways are flying weekly on Tuesdays direct from Manc to Goa
and v.v. during the winter season (specifically the beginning of
November to the end of April), the timetable can be seen here:

http://flights.thomson.co.uk/thomson/en-GB/timetable/findbyroute?departure=MAN&destination=GOI

They're also happy to sell you the flights directly. Skyscanner and
Momondo pick up on the existence of them, though they both only show
Thomson as the vendor (i.e. no-one else shows as selling seats on
these flights, not yet at least), buy Kayak doesn't know about them.

I did look at the wikipedia entry for Manchester airport and saw that
it states that Monarch apparently fly (or flew) direct to Goa, so
maybe they aren't doing so this year and Thomson have jumped in, or
maybe Monarch are flying a charter but it's all a bit hush hush and
only for package holidayers, anyhow I had no luck on looking at the
Monarch website for info on this possibility.

So I'll admit I then just googled "manchester to goa direct flights"
and one of the three sponsored results at the top of the page was from
Thomson advertising their flights - voila, advertising works. Except
in this case it doesn't quite as I'm not about to book a flight to
Goa, and I'm not sure anyone else here is either!

I'm certainly booking a flight to India this year, but I intend to end
up in Bombay.

On the other hand I rather like spending a night on the Mandovi Express...
