There didn't seem to be too much of an explanation there. For some
reason, my cursor was acting strangely so I could have missed
something.

I remember looking at this two years ago and I thought that it didn't
give priority entry into rides.

I talked to parties who attended the Shanghai World's fair.
They said multi-hour lines are the rule.
One line was up to nine hours, but three hours are common.
Even though Shanghai is warm and humid like Florida, they provide
shade and fans.
