Actual discussion on USENET? What a clever troll of a newsgroup!!!!

Beware! They may even try to talk about travel destinations, such as Grand
Lido in Jamaica to fool you! Don't listen to them! There is no such place
as Jamaica! It's all made up! :-)

Seriously, the best vacations I've ever had were the 9 trips I took (over 10
years) to Jamaica. The island has changed over the years. Some of it for
the better, some not. But it's still a great place to visit even if you
aren't going to their wonderful nude beaches. You can find a prude beach or
two (but why would you want to?)

And I wonder if it isn't doing better in Europe than it is in bible belt
America.

This would be a very good thing. I got my first introduction to naturism in
Jamaica. This was outside of the AANR and TNS spheres of influence, of
course. "Disorganized" naturism is what got me to try "organized" naturism.

Of course, naturism, in general, is a lot like trying to herd cats.

Like most Caribbean islands, it's a matter of where you go and what
you are doing. If you are looking for Dr. Coke in Tivoli, expect
trouble.

There's no reason to think it would be unsafe in Montego Bay or some
of the other large tourist destinations in Jamaica like Ocho or
Negril.

Anything that isn't consentual. For example, "assault" comes to mind when
someone ignores the "safe" word. Things like that. That's not within
reason.
