Well, the one thing that I have to have on every trip (and I only allow
myself one per trip) is the Mickey Ice Cream Bar.

That aside, it would be too hard to choose one thing :-)

Dole Whip, Cheddar Cheese Soup & Beverly, but not at the same time.
They are not particularly great, but they are all items that uniquely
mean WDW to me and that I'm really there.
