This area has what seem to me to be some strange traditional meals -- the one that makes me just shake my head in wonder -- texas toast (or other thick sliced bread), mashed potatoes on top of that, covered with chicken & homemade egg noodles in gravy... no veg at all. Vegetables are a near impossibility here - Wall-E and I were just wondering on our midday walk, why don't places serve veggies? I think it's because people don't eat them. B
